How Ordering Works
Order Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
- Once your order is processed, Printify will handle the production. Production times vary depending on the product and print provider but generally take 3-7 business days.
- After production, shipping times depend on your chosen shipping method and destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
Payment Terms
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe, ensuring your financial information is protected.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- If you need to make changes to your order (e.g. size, color, quantity), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as production may have already started.
Custom Orders
- We do not offer custom orders at this time.
