Tabitha Min is a fantasy author who likes to add history to her stories. But before becoming an author she was in the United States Air Force as a flight medic. Tabitha Min currently lives in South Carolina with her husband Matthew, and their two children. When Tabitha is not writing she is spending time with her family in the quiet countryside of South Carolina. Dawn of Avarice was Tabitha Min’s introduction to the bookish world. All About Dawn of Avarice
Dawn of Avarice follows twin siblings Beowyn and Estith as they are thrown into two different journeys.
Beowyn must decide who he is loyal to, his kingdom or the woman he loves.
When they uncover evidence that their uncle and stepmother plan to take the throne, they must face the unintended consequences.
When their younger brother Siged is injured Bewoyn decides to go on a journey to save his brother, he will learn the cost of such a thing. Estith goes on her own journey of self-growth and learns that she is stronger than she seems.
Ludica, the king of Faermire, has spent years creating a legacy for his three children. But when the death of a rival king fuels rumors of conflict throughout the land, he soon finds that threats to his reign are brewing both within and without his own borders. And though Gwenora, the widowed queen, offers him a treaty after her husband’s death, they both find that such an alliance could ignite a rebellion from within their own ranks.

My Review
If you enjoy a story that involves betrayal, distrust, political intrigue, and a hint of romance, then this book is for you. It follows King Ludica, his 3 children and his brother Sidonis. All King Ludica wants is peace.
But there are forces in play that will not allow it. I loved that this book opened with a map of the world! It gives you an idea of the places where the characters will travel too.
On a different note, I felt that it could have had more character-building. I feel like there is a lot of potential for this book. I did enjoy reading more than I thought I would, the book starts to really pick up towards the middle and end of it. I can’t wait to see the character developments in the next book!
What is Tabitha Min Currently Working On?
I had the opportunity to speak with Tabitha Min, and I learned that she is currently working on book 2 in the Dawn of Avarice series. She is also currently venturing into writing a thriller. I don’t have much information on her thriller; however, she is expecting to have book 2 of the Dawn of Avarice series out by next year.
Tabitha also mentioned the possibility of a prequel book to the series, which would explain everything that happened before. Tabitha also said book two will be more focused on twin siblings Beowyn and Estith as they continue to grow.
